Our Mission
Our mission is to help veterans present clear, credible, and medically sound evidence that accurately reflects the impact of their service on their health. By combining clinical expertise with compassion, we empower veterans to move through the VA disability process with confidence and clarity.

Every document we produce — whether a Nexus Letter, DBQ, or Medical Evidence Assessment— reflects a careful balance of medical science and human experience. It’s not just paperwork; it’s a professional interpretation of your health and service history that ensures your voice is heard where it matters most.
Who We Are
We’re a team of licensed medical professionals — including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians — many of whom are veterans or military family members. We combine clinical precision with real-world understanding of military service, allowing us to interpret both your medical records and your service history through a lens of experience and empathy.
This is more than a business for us — it’s a mission built on service, experience, and accountability.

Our Three Core Values
Integrity
We’re honest about what we can and cannot support. Every opinion we write is backed by evidence, not emotion.
Professionalism
We uphold the highest medical and ethical standards in every document, following VA and regulatory guidelines with precision.
Respect
We treat every veteran with the same care and attention we’d give to a fellow service member or family member.
How We're Different
It’s unfortunately common to see marketing in this industry promising “fast nexus letters,” “guaranteed results,” or low-cost packages that do not reflect rigorous work. Here’s where many providers fall short — and how MRPY’s approach sets us apart:

We don’t cut corners or treat your case as a template. Instead, we invest in the deep, critical thinking necessary to make your nexus opinion stand out under VA review.
Our Promise
We're not here to sell services; we're here to serve veterans.
That means transparency in our process, fairness in pricing, and dedication to doing what’s right for each individual case. Many companies can produce a letter and have a veteran background. That alone isn't enough. We strive for more than that. Our goal isn't volume; it's quality, credibility, and trust. We take pride in knowing that our work has helped thousands of veterans tell their stories in a way the VA can finally understand. When you work with MRPY Professional Services, you’re not just purchasing a document — you’re gaining a partner who respects your service, understands your struggle, and is committed to helping you be heard.

Extending our mission with PATH Veterans Inc.
Our commitment to helping veterans doesn’t stop with documentation. Through our nonprofit partner, PATH Veterans Inc., financial assistance is provided to veterans who cannot afford the cost of private medical evidence for their VA claims. PATH — which stands for Providing Access To Health — ensures that no veteran is left behind because of financial barriers. Together, MRPY Professional Services and PATH Veterans Inc. form a unified effort: one focused on delivering expert medical evidence, the other on making sure every veteran has access to it.
