VA claim denied? Veterans who work with us get free rebuttal letters

There are a lot of reasons that the VA denies claims – some more common than others. At MRPY Professional services, we offer 100% free rebuttal letters in the event that you've worked with us and received a denial.

Let us explain…

What is a VA rebuttal letter?

VA rebuttal letters are response documents that argue or explain how the VA denial is incorrect. If additional arguments need to be added that were not in the original Nexus Letter (due to points made from the C&P examiner in the decision letter). This document is submitted as a part of a supplemental claim.

Veterans who work with us get 100% free rebuttal letters

No catch, no gimmick. If you get a Nexus Letter or DBQ from us and your claim still gets denied, we'll help you appeal the VA's decision with a free rebuttal letter.

So how does it work?

If you file your claim with one of our documents and get denied, here's our promise:

You first reach out to us via our platform, send us an email, call us, or fill out our contact form from the website. You will need to upload your decision letter to our secure electronic health record platform for review. Oftentimes, we recommend a higher level review, but sometimes we just need to move to a supplemental claim and provide a rebuttal. Once we review the decision letter, we will communicate any issues we see or questions we have from what the examiner said. We then complete the document and send it to you so you can add it to your supplemental claim.

Why are we offering free rebuttal letters for veterans?

As veterans ourselves, we know the struggle of navigating the VA and trying to get the VA disability benefits we all deserve. The short answer is, we're confident in what we do.

We have a proven track record of helping over veterans win their claims since 2019, with over 30,000 documents completed and reviewed medical records for more than 25,000 veterans. We know the ins and outs of the VA and keep up with regulatory updates. This helps us understand what veterans need to do in real time to submit a successful claim.

We're honest from the start

The thing is, we're super intentional about who we offer our services to – we listen to your story and take this in consideration of the evidence you present to us. We communicate what we find so you can make the best choice for your situation. This is especially helpful if you don’t have a strong claim.  One thing we do is tell you no when we don’t see a connection.

Why is that important? Well, you don’t want to spend money on or go down a rabbit hole for a claim that simply isn’t possible. Just because you are paying for our services doesn’t mean we say yes. Our integrity is our promise to you, and we'll never sell you on anything you don't need. There's a lot of that in this industry already, and it can be hard to know who you can trust.

If we think there's a high risk for a denial due to your situation, gaps in care, or other common claim denial reasons – then we'll be honest with you from the start.

We're here to support you with transparency and integrity

Get in touch with us and we will give you our honest opinion about your situation and whether or not we think we can help. If our services are applicable to your situation, we can help you prove your condition to the VA through Nexus Letters, DBQs, and other additional services to boost your claim.
